Review methodology

Reviewed

Our testing team orders each product directly from the agent. We log the order date, agent response time, QC photo delivery, and shipping line. We pay for expedited shipping when available.

When the parcel arrives, we photograph the packaging, weigh the parcel, and open it in our Rotterdam studio. We check the product against the agent's QC photos. We measure fit with a Brannock device for footwear. We inspect stitching, materials, and build quality under daylight. We compare against retail references where possible.

We score on a five-point scale: 5 = excellent, 4 = good, 3 = adequate, 2 = poor, 1 = very poor. Each score is explained in the review.

We update reviews if a product changes significantly.

Comparison scope

Use the same inspection question, item category and requested angles for each agent. Record the request time, first acknowledgment, substantive reply and photo delivery separately. Assess whether the answer resolves the actual measurement or defect question. Explain translation issues and warehouse hours. A quick acknowledgment is not a completed response; include unresolved requests rather than only successful exchanges.

The review identifies the sample, dates, conditions and any steps omitted. A hands-on claim requires documented inspection or use; desk research is labelled. Scoring uses the complete 1-to-5 scale with the criteria and evidence explained, including unfavorable findings and missing information.
